I see where the confusion is. Notice though that they are saying to dilute the 3% peroxide even further before using it. This helps to prevent killing off the good bacteria that keep bad bacteria and fungus at bay.

The peroxide from outlet nutrition looks pretty good. The extracts they added also provide additional antiseptic, analgesic, and astringent properties. I would still dilute it though.
