Normal...seems to be a nationality thing too. Are you Italian by any chance? Jewish people also get the upper lip problem. You're not going to get a manly mustache or a beard though. lol.

Just pluck them or bleach them.

Can be a hormonal thing too.. like estrogen imbalances.

Might want to look into eating raw. I've read posts on there from women who no longer had stray hairs in random places. Like on this forum:
