I've also had great results with the second method you described. That was the way I did my first few flushes with great results. I drank up to 2 cups of olive oil over 2 hours chased with swigs of lemon juice. The very first time I brought it all up too, but I learnt that you have to follow your feeling and only drink what you feel you can keep down. Since I got back into flushing, I've been doing the Hulda Clark way because I couldn't face the straight oil again but I'm thinking of trying it again with Oleg's way of chewing a red chilli in between - he swears you can't taste the oil and it warms everything up! That combined with the apple juice and coffee enemas should really get it all out!
