yes... about the food, i was not talking about the Water Fast at that point-- more the whole picture. I hope people who Water Fast and maybe haven't read any of the literature but just jump in DO get inspired to read and study a bit afterwards.

It's likely that almost everyone is mineral-deficient...it's a wonder to me how long people actually DO appear to stay well, before the system breaks down.

kind of miraculous, eh?
