If you do I would drink it immediatly following the Epsom Salts then no more. If you put a bunch of water on your stomach before taking the oil not only will you feel ill but you will be constantly running to the bathroom when you are supposed to be laying down. Since you may end up running to the bathroom anyway it would make it worse.
