i have experienced the kind of pain that you are describing many times

the first time it happened i thought i was having a heart attack

i went to the accupuncturist and had him check my pulse

he assured me it was not a heart attack and encouraged me to continue what i was doing if i could stand the pain

it was making me dizzy and nauseaus, he gave me a homeopathic remedy for the dizziness so i could continue

in a few days the pain was making me weary, so i lowered the dose and persisted for a few days more at a lower dose

the pain was so bad i couldn't lift my arms for four days

when i quit taking anything for a while to give my body a break i had more energy and felt better than i had in years

this told me that i was on the right track, so i have persisted in "making myself sick" as my mother would call it, for five years

my health has consistently continued to improve each time i take "sabbatical" from cleansing, and they are getting longer and longer, i can go two months without taking bloodroot and once made it four months

the pain i experience when i do take it now is miniscule in comparison to what it used to be, even though i am taking five times as much as when i began

the recommended dose is two teaspoons in juice

when i started a sixteenth of a teaspoon made me projectile vomit and gave me horrendous foul smelling diahrrea, not to mention the dreams of demons dying

by all means see a professional if you think you may be having a heart attack
get a second and third opinion
worms colonize the heart
it's important to be careful
