Wow! cayanne has got a kick to it. I've also had to quit taking garlic oil, because I get absolutely horrible gas from it, and heartburn like mad. I quit taking the garlic oil, and went to the herbs, because I got such horrible heartburn.
You kind of have to build up the dose on these guys slowly.
