The wierd smell, if it's like deisel fuel, or pen ink, is usually from die off. it also sounds like you had tons of gas, also a die off symptom.
Remember, that the enema is just going to get what is in the lower colon.
if it were me, I would back off on the coq10, and see what shows up in the toilet. You maybe just got a big die off, it's the full moon, which is a good time to get the critters. Are you doing any type of oils? The coq10 is recommended by Hulda Clark e in conjunction with ozonated olive oil. I've found with using her stuff, it pays to not skip anything. Things are there for a reason. I've found that out the hard way doing Liver Flushes without the l-orinthene.
