If you swallowed that many capsules instead of opening them up and mixing the powder with a little bit of coconut oil before consuming, the capsules probably clumped together and made a bolus in your esophagus that took a while to dissolve.

On the other hand, it could have been a big worm digging it's teeth in for dear life.
Ask your body. It knows. I doubt if anybody knows the answer to these kinds of questions for sure. People can only guess.
