Listen to your body and you will know how often you need to cleanse. Some people deworm one week out of every month, during the full moon. Some people do it quarterly. some people do it yearly. Nobody can give you a formula that is guaranteed to work for you. The body you were given is your vehicle for transformation. It is your responsibility to figure out how to drive it. Take everything you read here with a mustard seed. The only thing people can do is let you know what worked for them. It may or may not work for you. That doesn't mean the herbs and products they've used were snake oil and they were hypochondriacs who responded to a placebo effect. It means they have a different p450 profile than you.
