If Dr. Clark says not to drink water, there must be a reason. You will not dehydrate. It's only a very short period of time to go without water. Besides, you are getting your liquid from the Epsom Salt mixture.

If you are having surgery or hospital tests run, your Dr. most always will tell you---"Nothing to eat or drink after midnight." Why?

So, flush away and post your results!
