Doesn't it feel great to be in control of your own health?
I felt sick on my first flush but felt fine on my second and third. I read somewhere here to try Oil of peppermint but i didn't have anny so I had a few sips of peppermint tea as well as a dab of honey on my tongue. It might also help to rinse the epson taste out of your mouth. This made my third flush pleasant compared to the first.
