I did my first Liver Flush last night. I did everything to the letter (Clark). The first thing that happened is I got extreemly dizzy and sick after the second batch of Epsom Salts . I had to lay down until it was time to take the grapfruit/olive oil mixture. Then I went to sleep.
Woke up feeling quite constipated so I went for the Epsom Salts again and also took a few vitamin c mixtures. I felt awful and was quite discouraged. Then late afternoon the fun started. First about six pea sized stones. 20 minutes later about 25 stones about twice the size of a pea. 20 minutes later about another 25 stones varying in size with a bunch of similar coloured chaff. Colour of the stones ranged frime bright pea green to a darker green.
The stones continue to come out. Needless to say I am glad for the cleanse even though it was quite uncomfortable. I will cleans again in 2 weeks time and keep doing so until my health improves. It is quite unbeleivable to witness these stones leaving your body.
