Thank you again Charles. You have been tremendously encouraging. I still didn't see much of anything yesterday and no bowel movement at all today. I probably should be drinking more water. I'm much better about drinking water when I'm at work. I've actually lost several pounds over the past couple of days, but I'm afraid it's probably water (darn).
If I can manage to eat light at work, I think I'll start it again next Friday and use the epsoms salts instead of the magneseum citrate. Maybe the m.c. doesn't open up the ducts the same way?? I don't know, but I'll give it another shot.
