Thanks for the encouragement. After my post I had another elimination, so the total green stones was 65. Still not what I expected, but I do have less of a congestion feeling in my gallbladder area.

I did stop eating at the appropriate time (meal of raw carrots, celery, and baked potato), but maybe not using the full amount of Epson Salts did me in. It just tastes so bad... the magnesium citrate was better, but I didn't want to risk taking too much so limited it too.

I'm planning on flushing again next weekend, so I'll try using the prescribed doses of ES.
