I have drank that Smart water, and I did feel more energized. If it was true energy or just a mind game, I'll never know.

Our tap water here in Illinois is horrid. I hate to bath, cook, or clean with it, let alone even think of drinking it it, and have thought about getting a whole house filtration system once we buy a home. At the moment I drink filtered, and distilled water, and do fine. I use to always want it cold, but now I have noticed I drink more at room temp than anything.

I agree that our ancestors would flourish on spring water, but "now-a-days" unless you have a clean and chemical free supply somewhere... trying to find that sort of spring, is almost impossible around here.

I was reading a book called The Body restoration Plan, by Dr Paula Baillie-Hamilton. She talks extensively about the chemicals all around us, our food, water, air supply, etc etc. And how some of the chemicals could possibly be keeping us fat by reeking havoc on the body's natural slimming system. Especially for people who eat a lot of what they think are "diet" foods... fresh fruits and fish, etc etc. But because they do not educate themselves they are still eating produce and veggies that are grown in a traditional Farming setting, and not organically grown without all of the insecticides, herbicides, antibacterial's etc etc.

She says that there have been 350 synthetic chemicals detected in tap water. Pesticides, heavy metals, solvents, industrial pollutants, environmental pollutants, synthetic materials.

I would love to find a fresh spring to drink fresh water like our ancestors did, but the changes in this world make it nearly impossible, so its back to distilled or filtered.
