Hello all I have just completed my first Liver Flush today with no problems..
But I had very very little bowel movement only once today and that was mainly alot of air and very thin diaohrea I could only see (maybe) one black or dark red stone and one slightly green with sticky flem like gue hanging of.
I have had a lot of flactulence and I ate breakfast today(high fibre whole grain bread) than I had tea around 7pm.
Does anyone know some reasons as to why I have not passed (not just stones) but hardly anything.
Should I check next bowel movement tomorow probably.
I still feel slightly bloated..
any advice would be beautiful.
I used light olive oil and squeezed organic lemons for my flush and used the epsom slats with water also..
I did not add water to my lemon or olive oil.
