I bought this setup with an oxygen concentrator and medical grade ozonator, and a portable steam sauna -

I bubble the ozone through water for 20 - 30 min. every morning, and I put the ozone tube into the steam sauna to get it in through the pores (and do skin brushing while in there to help the skin to get the toxins out). You can use a cheap ozonator for the water, but for to use it for both applications you need a medical grade ozonator.
