Getting adequate Iodine will help with the yeast. Oregano oil might help too. An expert I trust tells me that yeast is there to clean up bacteria poop. When the bacteria is gone and there isn't any more poop for the yeast to feed on, it will die out. Meanwhile,

For vaginal yeast infections-

Insert a garlic capsule
twelve hours later
fill an empty 000 vegecap with 2% Iodine from j.crow and insert
last but not least, follow up with a coconut oil suppository

If your yeast is in your colon you can insert garlic anally, coconut oil too, but I would be very careful with Iodine in the rear end because I got a really bad hemorrhoid from it.
