you can mix and match
when you find one that works best for you
stick with it until you stop getting results
it's ok to be creative and experiment

main thing is not to have a silver bullet once and for all hope of getting rid of them
because if you don't do routine maintenance, and you have the kind that buries eggs, the eggs might start hatching out and you will feel sicker than before you started if that happens
