Well, you did get rid of a few stones! So, it's better to have them out!

You didn't mention what you ate or did not eat the day of your flush. Eating bland food like oatmeal, baked patato is always best. It is also very important not to eat or drink ANYTHING after 2 that afternoon.

Dr. Clark tells you the dosage of Epsom Salt and olive oil/grapefruit. Next time, try the exact dosage and see if you get better results!
