Hi Lisa,

Are you the one that has such a strong aversion to enemas/colonics...or am I thinking of someone else? Sometimes during a Colon Cleanse a large quantity of mucoid plaque will dislodge and clog you up a bit, but it never gets completely stuck...just slows things down somewhat. Enemas/colonics are the fastest way to clear this material out...but I realize this may not be an option that you want to consider. Just make absolutely sure that you drink plenty of water while on the p&b shakes, and if you start to experience any constipation then immediately cut back on the number of daily doses you are doing. Once everything is moving again you can resume the previous dose. Also, using a mild Epsom Salt or salt water solution will help to speed things up again...but only use it if absolutely necessary and replace any lost fluids afterwards.

I'm sure you'll be fine...and feel so much better once the gunk is out! Good luck on your flush tonight, too! ; )
