Hey there. Lol, no need to feel embarrassed, I had a similar experience where I kept messing up. The last time I stopped posting too because I screwed up and when I attempted to do another fast I couldn't, but I am so ready this time and also starting my fast tomorrow, for good this time. WE CAN DO THIS! :) Much luck. Keep us updated.
