i was really really sick
near death
i feel better now than i did in high school

buit I also understand that once you have been inoculated as a host, you are extremely vulnerable to re-infection, and if I don't do regular routine maintenance due diligently, I will be sick again poste haste...

getting well, staying well, preventing reinfection is a life long commitment
