You know, there is never a better time to start cleansing than the present. You will find in the archives that many people have flushed the night before and went to work the next day. It's always better if you can stay home the following morning, but you don't have to. My 2nd flush (if I remember correctly) I went shopping at 9:30 that morning. The only time I stayed home the whole time was the first flush and a lot of that was being so apprehensive about the ordeal I thought would be so bad. (It wasn't)

The afternoon before, you just stop eating and drinking at 2 that afternoon. From there, begin your "cleaning out" process. Then right before you go to bed, drink the olive oil mixture and sleep.......

The benefits you gain far outweigh the little discomfort...
