HEllo beautiful people its great to see such joy and positivity from this flush.. I am about 40 mins away from downing the olive oil and 1/2 cup of lemon juice(squeezed) and I feel fine... Bit bloated from the epsoms and water and I have heaps of flactulance. I am so looking forward to awaking in the moring to see my results..
I have been cleansing my blood for the last few weeks with red clover tea but i was suffering with a bloated tummy and also Acne on parts of my body..I have recently been on pain killing medication as I was in a wheel chair from a motor accident.. So my insides need a good flush....
I am very aware of my bodys celluar vibration and will post my results up soon. TO those wanting a great mind and spirit cleanse emerse your self in the ocean when ever posible it restores and revitalises the electro magnetic fields beautifuly.
