Hi Tracey! For years I've been taking a dandelion tincture! For several months I've been using a compound tincture of dandelion and milk thistle from a health food store! it also cotains oregon grape, artichoke leaf, beet leaf and fennel seed! Some people don' t like the alcohol base that tinctures are made with, but there are some that have no alcohol! Have you ever tried a tincture? This one is made by Herb Pharm and I love it!
