Sure, Kir. Glad to hear that you're turned on to Bach. They're great! I do take mine every day, just two drops of each in a little bit of water and sip it throughout the day...

They recommend taking them every few days for several weeks, but I've been taking mine regularly for several months and immediately saw results with one remedy, and am seeing more gradual progress with the others...
