I will have to look at the brand and amount. I am currently getting ready to switch brands not due to a dislike of the brand just due being able to get it mailed to my home.

The blood work I am talking about is my Liver enzyme levels. Since taking the milk thistle they have improved.

I am looking forward to getting started with the flushes etc. Just seems like a lot needs to be done before hand...like the zapping. Plus I think I need to read more of Dr. Clarks book before I start. But I don't know if I really need to read the whole book before I start.

I would like to just do the flushes right now and look into the zapper later. But it sounds like the zapper maybe an easier way to rid the body of parasites.
