I know I will probably be blasted here, but I have great success with these things! I just get mine from the drug store. I bought them on a whim not expecting much. Sometimes when I exercise, I get a real brain-fog going on and I slap some of these on and they literally pull whatever is causing this brain fog action out of my body. I have an ionic foot bath and the feeling of these is very similar to the feeling I get from using that. I know there are doubters of that too, but I went from extreme fatigue and terrible candida(I know I had heavy metal toxicity too) to a much better place. I am not cured (as we know there is no "one- cure-all") but I feel alot better. Another testament, is I went from not having periods and being told it ws due to premature ovarian failure(they stopped when I was 27), to having them regularly now. This was with regular use of the foot pads and foot bath. The only thing in my life I changed at the time! Don't know how they work, don't care how they work--just KNOW they work!!
