No the tests are not conclusive... but you could just treat for it anyhow, wouldn't hurt. The question is what product would be best... I got out ascaracis using neem, boswellia, oil of oregano and myrrh. Banyan's Botanicals has an ayurvedic product that has some great herbs in killing worms and also includes some anti-protozoa agents which could kill off the giardia but probably not the b. hominis.

You could resubmit a stool sample to check for worms.
