that is such an incredibly stupid idea i almost cant get by it. whatever you do, DO NOT break your fast by eating freakin meat. i almost cant even believe anyone with a pulse advised that.

fresh juices are the best way. raw fruits and veggies come next. think of yourself as a new baby, and baby yourself.
