Congrats on 30 days, awesome accomplishment. Chris gave you some very good info, so i will leave that, at that. But curious if you have had the feeling of hunger to return, or are you just ending it because you have reached the 30 day mark?

My plan is to allow hunger to return naturally. Regardless of what day i happen to be on, but I have a very long way to go before that will happen. One day at a time :)
