I´m AB- blood type and I always felt different from others but I know I had a sensitive digestive tract. I´ve begun to suffer from hpertension. And I know I must restrict meats espcicially chicken and beef including pork. I feel much better But I need to include whole wheat to feel 100% healthy. Please tell me how you get by with being different.
