an accupunturist explained to me that trauma leaves the body in stages

(trauma is the word he uses instead of "parasites" because people get scared and never come back if he tells them they have parasites)

he told me the pain of detox begins in your trunk and moves out of the body via the extremeties

when it reaches the fingers and toes you are nearly "done"

(but it is important to do routine maintenance to stay well, of course)

my toes have been hurting lately, and i never had toe pain before
this is very encouraging
