yeah.. I don't get it.. oh well. I'll just start using some baking soda. Its just a bit annoying because I have really nice teeth.

oil swishing or pulling is using certain types of oil and swishing it around the mouth for up to 30 minutes.. certain oils help whiten and strengthen the gums ( I can attest for the gum strengthening, others have said its helped their acne.. dry skin etc.
