I just noticed while brushing my teeth that they look less white like a shade darker.. and I have pretty nice teeth normally.. it kinda freaked me out since im anal about my teeth

has anyone noticed this during fasting?

will it go back to normal? or should I start oil pulling or brushing with baking soda?
