On that same web-site westonaprice, there are several other subjects to klick on that mighy explain more about the relationship of fats and oils to cholesterol, useing polyunsaturated vegatable oils and trans=fatty acids will make your cholesterol level go up faster than butter and animal fats. I personally have stopped worrying about my cholesterol, and eat what I like. I do not use margerine, and use butter instead.
