Yeah, ain't it fun??? Nightmares are a B1 deficiency. Standard Process Cataplex B fixes them right up. The bugs cause an elivated use of B1. Thus the adrenals get burnt out and the nightmares start. I had a lot of that with the war stuff. Long gone now. Whew!!!!

NO synthetic B1. HAS to be from food. Again, Standard Processes Cataplex B is the best. Oh, if you can't get the B1 go with raw spinach.
