Thank you for your post. I discovered on my own the "breathing" problems with myself and have experimented with it and have had some success. I've had full blown MCS for about 8 months since a major paint exposure and am determined to get well. I believe that there is an anxiety component to all of this and have felt those affects also. Again, I appreciate your post and plan on investigating your approach. Please respond to this reply. I would like to discuss further. Thanks
