I like apple pectin but had two issues with it, one is that some brands now appear to create Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) while processing it, the other it is too expensive in relation to stuff like konjacu.

Yes, I take a dose then go to bed with a 4 hr alarm (kitchen timer).
If I get up before the timer goes off and it has been more than 2 hrs I take a dose and reset the timer for 4 hours again.

The Hg kills the pineal<->adrenal connection and that produces too much urine at night forcing those night time trips to pee. This gets noticably better after a few weeks of chelation.
