I posted a reply to your message last night, but apparently it didn't go through.I'll try again.
Anyway, though I'm no expert, from what I've experienced and read on this forum, if you're still having pain after flushing, or if flushing stirred up pain, you may have a stone that has moved to a place it doesn't fit very well. Suggestions have been to apply hot water bottle to area, take a dose of Epsom Salts to dilate the bile ducts so a stone can migrate to a better place, gold coin grass tincture or tea has been listed to help break up the stones, and pretty much everyone has suggested doing another flush immediately to try to dislodge the stone(s) that are causing pain.
I know that facing more oil when you're nauseous anyway is pretty daunting. If you haven't done it before, mixing it with fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice has been much more palatable than lemon for me, and doesn't turn it into slime. Try drinking with a straw so it doesn't flood your whole mought, and try not breathing while you gulp, then washing the aftertaste down with plain juice or water.
Pain in your lower back and pressure upon urinating--makes me wonder if it's kidney pain? Be sure and drink a lot of water.
Above all, don't get discouraged. We have no idea how many stones are in there and how our individual bodies will cope with flushes, cleanses etc. Even though you are in pain since your last flush, it doesn't mean it was a bad idea. Hang in there.
Though this has not happened to me, if you start spiking a temperature that won't quit, don't ignore it--there might be a stone causing an infection and that is very serious, so have a Dr. check at that point.
Best wishes
