The reason that I posted the the thing from water-cure was that I believe as do others, such as Dr Whitaker, that having a slightly elevated cholesterol level is not all that bad. Having an elevated homocystine is a better indicater of risk factors for heart disease than slightly elevated cholesterol levels.
