Can't argue your personal experience so I won't try.

Also just checked your posting history and see you have tried a lot.

A quick comment about my approach to salt water flushes. Sometimes following liver flushes. Sometimes as just a part of a cleansing ritual that will precede and follow a coffee enema. But what I now do is down 2 quarts of saltwater with a total of 4 teaspoons of Sea Salt plus a 1/2 teaspoon of Epsom Salts and I don't have any problem doing that. I always drink 1/2 to full quart of fresh water at least an hour before I do it, though.
