Hi all!

I have read differing things on this forum regarding doing the Liver Flush at the end of the Master Cleanse. A woman who did the Master-Cleanse for 40 days tacked the Liver Flush on at the end of it and had great results...but I've read other advice that says not to do it while doing the Master Cleanse.

I'm on Day6 of the Master-Cleanse and have had excellent results! I feel great and have passed some textbook mucoid plaque ropes. I'm taking Bentonite and psyllium as well. Does anybody have any advice for me...should I do the Liver Flush at the end of my cleanse...or will the olive oil be a shock to my system???
