I never found the Zapper to be very affective at killing the parasites but very affective at killing the viruses. So you would need to do the DeWormer or other antiparasite formulas.

Of course a Zapper is better than the battery trick but the battery will get you by until you can get a zapper.

The hand held Zapper or the battery won't do what the Russian Zapper will do as it passes through the body. The battery thing is a stop-gap measure to hold you over till you get a regular zapper. It seems to work better for me too. I use it for the scratchy throat and tickle in the nose that precureses the onset of a cold or is caused by the viruses jumping off the dead parasites.

Nothing scientific about it but a good little piece of information to know. Very handy.
