It depends what type of BB you mean. One of my teachers had what I think of as 'classic' constant BB and then one time she turned up and it was gone forever. So obviously she got something sorted (presumably by a dentist). If it's something local I would think it's sortable.

Do you mean some sort of metabolic BB ? The problem there is that no medical person in the world is aware or researching it. Im confident both metabolic BO and BB can be sorted (or greatly improved) but until we know what's wrong we can only go on anecdotal stories. Some people don't get FBO until in their 40s or 50s, implying it's not just genetic.
