I've read arguments for vegetarianism and I've read arguments for eating meat and animal fat. I've read debates between the two sides and I have debated for both myself. I have tried both kinds of diets seriously, and my health is measurably better on a meat diet.

So I have made an informed decision. And I don't think diet has much to do with my flushes don't working anyhow.
