When I flushed 2 weeks apart, the only thing that was different was that there was 2 weeks between failures instead of 1. Some of my best flushes have been 1 week apart only. I once had a string of 6-7 successes 1 week apart. So I don't think that's the problem.

Yes I think I get normal bile out. I eat a high fat diet and seem to tolerate it well. My symptoms are occasional sharp pains under my right ribs, and dull aches further down in my back on the right side. I have other symptoms as well.

I don't think I have Gilbert's syndrome, no.

maybe it is the ingredients (Omega 3/6 in OO, Vitamin C in Grapefruits, Magnesium from Epsoms Salts) that are actually helping?

Hardly. I only notice improvements when I get lots of stones out.

As for all the other liver flush preps, are you creating more stones than all the preps can remove?

Possibly.

Are you getting enough lecithin in your diet? b-vits? taurine is esp important

I believe so.

Can coffee enemas get stones out like a real flush or not?
