Mike, I had stopped using progestrone long back and I started bycycling 2 hrs a day. I no longer have those worrying symptoms. Someone posted few days back about following blindly what other say. I myself was guilty of that. They wrote about otex and it still isn't clear how exactly it helped them. I would never follow what he and his foolish wannabe assistant posts.
